It's more of a real shame buddy that Niners fans fail to cease to exist even after "you know who" just won that high scoring Superbowl I failed to watch. At age 35 I only missed one other SB 10-3 Brady bowl over a weak offense Rams team unlike the 2020 version with win over your teamsie. Fin.

I'd say Jimmy G career as a 49er is equivalent to Alex Smith career. They both did great things for that organization and were so close to winning them a super bowl.

I think that is a good analogy, but with KC. I think Garoppolo will be like Alex Smith was on the Chiefs. The Raiders "bridge" QB to win some games, until the Raiders can find their young QB for the future, the way KC found and developed Mahomes.

It's not his play, which has been solid his entire career, and often quite good in the clutch. I mean, the guy won a lot of games, big games. And it was Shanahan taking the ball out of his hands against KC that cost them the game. JG played quite well.

Good news! Vegas has one less problem. As long as they can provide him with some decent targets, hopefully more than one, just this one move should get them a W or two more next year.

We have the targets, what we lack is defense. Our OL lacks depth, but is decent, about 10th in most categories last year. But defense needs serious help, orJimmy and the offense are going to need to score 30 points every game to win.

Not entirely true. OL lacked depth, but was ranked about 10th in the league in most categories. He also gets rid of the ball about .4 seconds faster than Carr on average. That's not a lot of time, but enough that I don't think he'll be fighting for his life, as you say.

And injured by game 8, INT's will pick back up and winning percentage is going to nose dive.
