Nowhere near the best Safety. He isn't even top 20 according to PFF. I am a Bengal fan and he has been a good player. Hit his height in 2020 as an All Pro. Last couple of years he has been good but not special. With the money he signed for he should be special. For that money the Falcons can have him.
