Baker. This looks to be his last chance. Carr, imo, Carr just has to show he can have a winning season, maybe even win a playoff game. Folks love to say "9 yrs of excuses" when it's actually 5 or 6. Legit obstacles are not excuses. But Baker has one shot, Carr will have at least 2 yrs to prove whatever he needs to. It's definitely Baker.

I'm rooting for Baker more than the rest I hope Jimmy & Derrick do well also.

Baker Mayfield needs this to be a successful season or he is probably done. Aaron Rodgers gets 60 million and is hall of fame bound, np there. Derek Carr will play 2024 season no matter what. Carr is on a team with a good roster, a legit defense and a well run organization for the 1st time in his NFL career.
