Patriots are rebuilding a lot I hope they do good next year

@Chris Rezendes look at what the patriots were able to do with Matt Patricia, joe judge, a terrible o line and an average receiving core. We almost made the playoffs and we would’ve if the special teams didn’t allow 2 kick return TDs against the bills. We just got bill o brien, juju smith schuster, and mike gesick, and it’s only march, plus even if we barley beat the jets with Zach Wilson, at least we didn’t lose to them, the bulls and dolphins lost to them with super teams while the patriots were able to beat the jets both times with an atrocious offense. So If we sign more players the patriots are making the playoffs

Transforming… think they have realized what we have and what we need. Was always jealous when I saw him in fins uniform. He’s like a WR that makes crazy catches down the middle of field. Fins made a huge mistake letting him walk. The only problem is that we only gave him a 1 year deal. Would have liked to see 2 year. Not a huge Henry guy. Hopefully we draft a TE this year but TE are a crap shoot. Pick 14 will be a db cause our defense needs help.

We beat the Jets twice(barley) because Zach Wilson absolutely "SUCKS" now they have Aaron Rodgers( 2 losses) we beat the Dolphins 1s( barley) when there 3rd string QB had to play. Tua owns us since he's been the Dolphins starter and won't even waste time talking about the Bills. Instead of Belichick getting secondary help, LBs, solid Oline help and a #1 receiver he signs 2 Olineman who are over the hill, a LB that's a core special teamer sign a long snapper, JuJu who's gonna call out the coaches by week 4 and Gisekie ( which I do like). In my eyes Bill is just F'n around until he finally breaks Sula's record and calls it quits. We have plenty of $ to get good players and this is all Bill does so far. Gimme a freakin break. Specially when everyone else in our division is getting better by the day.

I'm a Patriots fan, but..... They gave 4yrs and 6mill to a long snapper and another 6mill to a LB that's a core specialteamer. They haven't gotten a #1 receiver and if they do it'll be for a 31yr old DeAndre Hopkins, who's probably more of a possession receiver now or Odell who's 30 and hasn't played in a year. Why Can't the Patriots get a #1 like Jerry Juedy, last time I heard the Broncos were asking for a 2nd and 5th rounder. Not to mention they need LBs and Secondary help. We are a LONG way away from contending for the division and being a legit playoff contender. We play Mahomes, Russell Wilson, Dak, Rodgers, Allen &Tua twice. I could see us really being 5-12 this year. We might have to scrape&claw for 1 or 2 wins in our own division and even then it wouldn't surprise me if we go 0-6. It's not looking good at all right now.

New England fan here. I’m so glad we are finally expanding jones receiving core. I’m very glad that we are going to have weapons he can throw it to. With Mike and JuJu, he will be able to thrive more.

I'm a Patriots fan and am not a fan of anything they have done so far this offseason (except Gisekie) JUJU has put up #s with HOF and All Pro QBs (Rothesburger & Mahomes) throwing him the ball, not a noodle arm, non mobile QB like Mac Jones. We need Secondary, LBs, a #1 receiver and Oline help. Not Longsnappers for 6mill or Specialteam LBs from Detroit. We need guys that can actually play defense and on offense. Oh and the Olineman they got from the Bears.. What a freakin joke. Meanwhile Miami bolsters there defense with Ramsey and Long Jr from Tennessee. We have all this $ but deep down Bill/Kraft don't wanna spend it on players that are actually GOOD

This is a win-win signing. Gesicki is a big receiver option for the Patriots' offense and he didn't have a significant place in Miami's new offense. I think Patriots fans will come to appreciate Gesicki if they don't alreaedy.

It looks they still want to do the Gronk-Hernandez thing where TEs up-the-seam function as your #1 which takes bodies off the wideouts and makes them easier to scheme open. Basically what they expected to be able to do with Smith and Henry before Smith didn't work out. Whether it works this time is an open question bc Gesicki and Henry probably won't run-block as well as Gronk and Hernandez did. I know everyone wants a #1 wideout but a good tight end is more versatile and a lot cheaper. You're not getting a #1 for no $9 million, certainly not one that can block.

The broncos said they might not give up jerry Judy so the patriots will have to go after Odell or deandre hopkins

Also, when it comes to Divisional teams, I want my Division to win more than any other Division. Would I have rathered the Phins win in the playoffs last year? Yes. BUT I would have also preferred the Bills winning the Super Bowl over KC.
